ItoA provides users with a marketing platform driven by AI, including but not limited to idea generation, content creation (social, email, and blog), SEO access, image generation, scheduling, and a performance dashboard. The platform is tailored to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

  • Account Creation: To access ItoA’s features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.

5. Subscription and Fees

  • Subscription Plans: ItoA offers various subscription options. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the associated fees. Subscription details, including pricing, can be found on our website and app.
  • Payments: Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Any changes to fees will apply upon renewal of your subscription.

6. License and Use of Service

ItoA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business’s marketing purposes, subject to these Terms.

  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use ItoA for any unlawful purposes or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the app’s functionality.

User-Generated Content and Conduct

You agree not to create, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content through our platform that is:

  • Offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Discriminatory or promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Violent, threatening, or promotes any form of harassment or bullying
  • Misleading or intended to deceive others
  • In violation of any applicable law or regulation, or infringes upon the rights of others

Violations will lead to suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software and technology on ItoA are the property of ItoA or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of the service without express written permission from ItoA.

8. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you create or upload through ItoA. Content you create using ItoA remains your property. However ItoA may on occasion use that content with the consent of the user to promote its services.
